Eclipse Dental Payment Policy

We require payment in full on the day of the treatment at Eclipse Dental. However, we do have payment plans available. If you are interested in setting up a payment plan, we invite you to contact our knowledgeable team.

Health Fund Claims Through HICAPS

With this payment method at Eclipse Dental, we can make a claim on the spot. This is a simple and efficient payment processing option, which allows you to claim from your private health fund and Medicare from our practice at Eclipse Dental. If you have private dental health insurance, please remember to bring your health insurance card with you to your visit at Eclipse Dental. That way, we can make your claim immediately using HICAPS at Eclipse Dental. This would mean you only pay the gap fee.

Child Dental Benefits Schedule (CDBS)

If you have children, we recommend seeing if they're eligible for the Child Dental Benefits Schedule (CDBS) at Eclipse Dental. This program allows eligible patients between 2 and 17 years of age access to up to one thousand dollars (AUD) in benefits for dental services received over two consecutive calendar years at Eclipse Dental.

Health Funds and Payment Plans at Eclipse Dental

We welcome all health funds at Eclipse Dental and offer payment plans to make paying for your dental care as convenient as we can at Eclipse Dental. If our payment options don't work for you at Eclipse Dental, we may also refer you to a finance company that provides more flexible payment plan options. However, we're not affiliated with these institutions at Eclipse Dental, so please select the company carefully and do your research beforehand at Eclipse Dental.
